Through our affiliated gas companies in Singapore and Australia we offer compressed argon gas and CO2 gas mixtures in a variety of concentrations to be used as a shielding gas in steel fabrication.

The primary function of a shielding gas is to protect the molten weld metal from the atmosphere. In addition it can change specific parameters such as welding speed, metallurgical and mechanical properties, surface appearance and weld geometry.
